Let’s Get Physical, Physical

Take some time out of your day to engage in regular physical activity. Types of activities that you could choose from are endless! Running and lifting weights are great, but taking a long walk in the sun or yoga can be just as beneficial without having to catch your breath every 10 seconds.

Let’s Talk About Sex, Baby

Don’t just practice safe sex, practice smart sex as well. Get tested regularly if you’re sexually active, and use condoms and/or other forms of contraceptives.

Don’t Wait Until It’s Too Late

If you’re feeling sick, please do not go to class or other public areas where you can infect others. No one is going to want your cooties. See a doctor and ask about what you can do to prevent future illnesses.
